A second-generation podiatrist who helps doctors become more profitable without adding more patients. She builds protocol-driven care tied to clinical outcomes, so every visit delivers better results for the patient and more value for the practice. She built Lexington Podiatry on that model and now brings it to every practice ToeTactics works with.
Cody brings a Master of Health Administration (MHA) and deep operational experience to the team. He focuses on the business systems that let doctors be doctors again, managing the metrics and team structures that turn a clinical practice into a sustainable business.
Co-owner of Lexington Podiatry, she operates the clinic through detailed clinical protocols to achieve better patient outcomes. Capturing insurance-based revenue from the exam room to the remittance: what's covered, how to document it, and how to get paid for care you already give. Every protocol has to work on a full patient schedule, not just on paper.

No. Never. ToeTactics is not private equity. We don't buy, roll up or take equity in practices. You own 100% of yours.
Who makes clinical decisions?
You do, always. Our DPMs share protocols and guidance; decisions stay with the treating podiatrist.
How long is an engagement?
Initial engagement is six months, but we pride ourselves in becoming your partner to help achieve long-term goals.
What does it cost?
It depends on the departments you choose and the size of your practice. After a first conversation, you get a written scope and price.
